What do you enjoy most about working at AIS?

What I enjoy most is being part of such a warm and welcoming community. Every day is different, and I love interacting with students, parents, and staff. It is rewarding to help families feel supported and to play a small part in each child’s journey through the school.
What is the most rewarding part of your role?
Answer:
The most rewarding part is building relationships with families and seeing students grow in confidence over time. Often, I am one of the first people parents speak to, so being able to reassure them and help things run smoothly gives me a real sense of purpose.
