Art teacher

Emma completed her Bachelor of Arts in Art, Film and Theatre Studies at Aberystwyth University. After a short period working as a portrait painter, she moved into the corporate sector, specialising in Learning and Development. Before joining Aspire International School, Emma worked on a community project supporting young and vulnerable adults as they transitioned into employment. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in teaching.

Emma later gained her iPGCE from the University of Derby and returned to her first passion, art. In the classroom, she enjoys exploring a wide range of creative processes with her students and encourages experimentation across different media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, graphic design, and textiles.
