Science and Portuguese
Daniela, originally from South Africa, spent part of her childhood in Ireland before moving to the Algarve at the age of 12. After earning her bachelor’s honours degree in Portugal, she worked in both the pharmaceutical and tourism sectors but still felt something was missing. She ultimately found her true passion in education while working as a teaching assistant at AIS. Now, Daniela is pursuing her PGCE and works alongside KS3 students in Portuguese and science. Known as Miss Danny, she believes learning should be enjoyable and incorporates fun, engaging activities to foster strong relationships with her students. Daniela also aims to nurture children's learning through these fun activities, making their educational experience both meaningful and enjoyable.
